会場となったホールは、第二次大戦でここウォールズエンドから出兵した戦没者の追悼のために建てられたようだ。大戦を生き抜いた高齢者の中には未だ反日感情の残る人もいるという英国だが、この建物に日本からのロックバンドを受け入れてくれた「自由」を愛する全ての人々に、大きな感謝と敬意をあらわしたい。
